Squeaky Clean

Tonight, Mom and Dad were able to give Joseph a bath. Since the girls are on Spring Break with grandma and grandad for a few days, we went up in the evening. We were also there in the evening because the doctor increased his bottle feeding to every other feeding. He is currently eating 32ML every 3 hours, 4 out of the 8 feedings, he receives in an actual bottle. He is taking the bottle like a champ and continuing to gain weight despite the fact that he is burning more calories eating from a bottle and regulating his own body temperature. He loves wearing clothes and is staying nice and toasty without any help. We are so excited that he weighs 1630 grams or 3 pounds 9 ounces (almost 10). He is so close to moving to an open air crib and out of his isolate, once he reaches the 4lb mark is when he moves. They have also turned his oxygen flow from a quarter to an eighth and the oxygen is anywhere from 23-25%, we are so close to weaning off the oxygen! If Joseph continues move as quickly with his progress as he did this week, we should be home in a week in a half to two weeks. We are so proud of him, he is just doing amazing! He does have another eye exam on Wednesday and we are praying for amazing results with no set backs. Thanks for your prayers, they are working!
